The restaurant is named after Ferdinando I de Medici's first butler, Sir Biagio Pignatta. The restaurant, a short distance from the Villa and adjacent to the hotel, offers classy hospitality under the banner of Tuscan tradition. In addition to cozy indoor rooms, the restaurant also boasts a dehors to host barbecues and small events in the summer and a glass-fronted gazebo overlooking a breathtaking panorama, perfect for brunches, business meetings and private dinners.
