The Ristorante San Desiderio has a very central location, just a few steps from the Cathedral and the splendid Piazza del Campo. The location is also unique, an ancient Romanesque deconsecrated church that provides guests with a unique and unconventional atmosphere. The cuisine, however, is the real highlight with a menu based on seasonality, allowing guests to savour the freshness and authenticity of seasonal produce.

A menu embracing tradition, but with an eye to innovation, proposing the reinterpretation of some traditional Tuscan dishes while respecting ancient recipes.
